•  If for any reason this contract is cancelled, the retainer's fee is non-refundable. There will be a $25 charge for all returned checks. S&S will be the exclusive Photographer and Videographer (if applicable). All others will be   permitted at our discretion.
•  S&S reserves the right to use reproductions for display, publication or other purposes. The studio takes utmost care regarding the exposure, development and delivery of videos and photos. however, in the event the studio fails to comply with the terms of the contract, due to any event or acts outside the control of the studio, liability is limited to the amount of the retainer's fee and any other costs or expenses of services rendered and incurred by the studio.
•  CD with 200 images of your choice will be given to you after 9-12 months if you have your order back to us in 30-60 days from the time you receive your proof album (your date).___________
•  S&S Photography will not be responsible for CD(s) and/or photographs, albums and other products listed on contract, not picked up within your 9-12 months grace period.___________
•  Prices on wedding albums and all proofs and enlargements subject to change every 12 months__________Please have your order back to us as stated to avoid paying any additional fees.
•  No part of any order will be delivered until balance is paid in full. The payments listed below are required:
